Characteristics

This unique material boasts a neutral pH and inertness, making it chemically stable. Despite its friable nature, which allows it to be powdered without losing its abrasive quality, pumice remains sustainable and abundantly available. It is easily harvested from surface deposits, requiring minimal processing to reach its usable form.
